Cancellation Policy

At Neko Esthetics, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and a seamless experience. To ensure that all our clients receive the best care and attention, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy: 1. **24-Hour Notice Requirement:** - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. 2. **Late Cancellations:** - For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage our time and resources effectively. 3. **No Call/No Show Policy:** - If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us (15 MIN GRACE PERIOD), a fee of 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged. Should this happen more than once, the fee will be 100% of the booked service(s). To continue enjoying our services, please ensure that any outstanding fees are settled. **No extra guests please unless previously agreed to.
