We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage our time and resources effectively. 3. **No Call/No Show Policy:** - If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us (15 MIN GRACE PERIOD), a fee of 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged. Should this happen more than once, the fee will be 100% of the booked service(s).
